Sarah Brightman graced us on Wednesday Night in Washington, D.C. with her exquisite world-renowned Symphony Tour and it was a delight of sight, sound, staging and presence of the multi-talented “Sarah” as we love to call her. A beautiful set list that included our favorites but also several treats from her La Luna, Harem, Phantom of the Opera and her wonderful new “A Winter Symphony” Christmas album. It was, without exception, a photographer’s dream of color, moving pictures and objects and twirling dancing girls. Sarah’s “Fleurs du Mai” (featured) was absolutely stunning and thrilled the audience with shouts of love and impromptu applause.
One of the most spectacular sights again this tour, as in the Harem Tour, was Sarah perched upon her swing high above the stage with an amazing costume with trailing skirts and the sky raining red rose petals…awesome indeed!
Sarah, as always, is a must-see, must-do concert. Delight yourself in an evening of beauty and creativity, make a memory, and be sure to pick up some of the “Sarah” goodies to take home to savor the treat.
We attended Sarah’s concert as fans and not as photographers but what good photog would not take along their camera and shoot such a sight as this? Not this photographer and fan so then a few photos to delight your senses. Enjoy!
We will be up close and personal at Sarah Brightman’s live in concert Symphony Tour at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. on November 19th. Her long-awaited Metro-DC audience has the town rocking in anticipation of her arrival and show. Sarah’s tour offers backstage passes and for us in the VIP section, a real up-close opportunity and photo op. We are looking forward to a fabulous show with her stunning voice, incredible staging and production! If you are able to see her on the US Tour, it is a must-see, must-do! Hope our team sees you there!
