Sarah Brightman graced us on Wednesday Night in Washington, D.C. with her exquisite world-renowned Symphony Tour and it was a delight of sight, sound, staging and presence of the multi-talented “Sarah” as we love to call her. A beautiful set list that included our favorites but also several treats from her La Luna, Harem, Phantom of the Opera and her wonderful new “A Winter Symphony” Christmas album. It was, without exception, a photographer’s dream of color, moving pictures and objects and twirling dancing girls. Sarah’s “Fleurs du Mai” (featured) was absolutely stunning and thrilled the audience with shouts of love and impromptu applause.
One of the most spectacular sights again this tour, as in the Harem Tour, was Sarah perched upon her swing high above the stage with an amazing costume with trailing skirts and the sky raining red rose petals…awesome indeed!
Sarah, as always, is a must-see, must-do concert. Delight yourself in an evening of beauty and creativity, make a memory, and be sure to pick up some of the “Sarah” goodies to take home to savor the treat.
We attended Sarah’s concert as fans and not as photographers but what good photog would not take along their camera and shoot such a sight as this? Not this photographer and fan so then a few photos to delight your senses. Enjoy!
Michael says his hair must the reason he graces the November issue of Chatelaine, the magazine’s “Men We Love” issue. He is only the third man to make the grade after former prime minister Pierre Trudeau and hockey great Wayne Gretzky.
“It’s a huge honour and to be in that company is pretty amazing. I was thrilled when they asked me to do it.” One of the most famous prime ministers and arguably the greatest hockey player of all time. Is the magazine telling him he’s one of the greatest singers? “That or my hair.” he says. laughing and deflecting the question. “Maybe they think I have good hair.
Chatelaine is in stores now.

IL Divo’s new album “The Promise” long-awaited and anxious fans are holding their breath until its release! We know it will be an incredible CD as they always are. You can get a taste at their new website. Visit the links below for all the new info.
“Il Divo’s magnificent new album The Promise, will be available to buy from the 10th November, except for North America from the 18th November and Japan from the 26th November – The Promise sees Il Divo return with their richest and most diverse album to date. Produced by longtime collaborator Steve Mac, it reveals a courageous new direction for the group over twelve captivating songs. An inspired version of Frankie Goes To Hollywood’s ‘The Power Of Love’ features alongside a haunting and beautiful interpretation of Leonard Cohen’s ‘Hallelujah’, the smouldering intensity of ‘Adagio’, contrasts beautifully with a bold version of ABBA’s ‘The Winner Takes It All.’ “
David Archuleta’s new single “Crush” has all of the “Archie” Fans going wild and “crushing” them to pieces! Have a listen:
CRUSH I hang up the phone tonight
Something happened for the first time
Deep inside
It was a rush, what a rush
Cause the possibility
that you would ever feel the same way
About me
It’s just too much, just too much
Why do I keep running from the truth
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I just got to know
Do you ever think
When you’re all alone
All that we can be
Where this thing can go
Am I crazy or falling in love
Is it really just another crush
Do you catch a breath
When I look at you
Are you holding back
Like the way I do
Cause I’m tryin, tryin to walk away
But I know this crush aint goin away, goin away
Has it ever cross you mind
When were hangin, spending time girl,
Are we just friends
Is there more, is there more
See it’s a chance we’ve gotta take
Cause I believe that we can make this into
Something that will last, last forever, forever
Do you ever think
When you’re all alone
All that we can be
Where this thing can go
Am I crazy or falling in love
Is it really just another crush
Do you catch a breath
When I look at you
Are you holding back
Like the way I do
Cause I’m tryin, tryin to walk away
But I know this crush aint goin away, goin away
Why do I keep running from the truth
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I just got to know
Do you ever think
When you’re all alone
All that we can be
Where this thing can go
Am I crazy or falling in love
Is it really just another crush
Do you catch a breath
When I look at you
Are you holding back
Like the way I do
Cause I’m tryin, tryin to walk away
But I know this crush aint goin away, goin away

Some blessings just never quit and Celine is one of those rare people that we can depend upon for the best in performance and voice! She is definitely the “queen of the long note” and what a voice and what a performer! We are always so incredibly blessed when we see her, whether live, TV or on video. Her recent CBS Special “That’s Just The Woman In Me” was really excellent and we loved all of her performances and songs. How much? Enough to create several videos and put them up. Jump over and enjoy her performances:
