So glad to see that “Awake Live” is being correctly advertised here as a DVD/cd and not cd/DVD.
Josh Groban has such a beautiful voice, he’s matured so much in the past ten years. He is up amongst the top artists. Sad to say he doesn’t get the coverage on the radio and Tv which he deserves. He was the best selling US artist of 2007 and his Christmas album was #1 for 5 weeks, breaking Elvis Presley record from 1957. His recent appearance as Anatoly in the 21st Anniversary performances of CHESS at the Royal Albert Hall, London was wonderful, glad there is going to be a DVD of that too! Looking forward to the concert on 27th June to celebrate Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday, Josh is an ambassador for his 46664 charity and will be singing two songs, one of which is “weeping” about aparthaid. Josh Groban cannot be put any genre, he’s in a class of his own. He has probably the best fan base of any performer and the Grobanites are behind him 100%. Besides this beautiful voice, he is a very lovely likeable person with a terrific sense of humour. He’s going to be around for a long time to come.
